Ms. Diana Knapp is the Director of the Jackson County Detention Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and has more than 30 years of experience in the criminal justice field across adult and juvenile systems at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Ms. Knapp is the First Vice President of the American Jail Association's Board of Directors and holds a master's degree in criminal justice administration.
