Leah Fucile has over 20 years of public sector experience. She oversaw contract administration, procurement, and logistical operations for the Clark County Detention Center, managing a $65M+ budget as the Director of Administrative Operations for the Detention Services Division at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Leah played a key role in achieving ACA and NCCHC accreditation and led efforts to embed these standards into policy and contracts. She also oversaw an $80M renovation to enhance safety and efficiency. A graduate of the National Jail Leadership Command Academy, Leah remains active in her community and serves on the American Jail Association's Corrections Workplace Committee.
