Leah Fucile has more than 10 years of public sector leadership experience with expertise in contract administration, procurement, and operational logistics. As Director of Administrative Operations for the Detention Services Division at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, she managed a budget exceeding $65 million for the Clark County Detention Center. Throughout her career, Ms. Fucile has played a central role in advancing correctional standards and operational excellence. She helped lead the achievement of accreditation through both the American Correctional Association and the National Commission on Correctional Health Care, while also integrating those standards into departmental policies and contractual practices. In addition, she oversaw an $80 million facility renovation project that improved safety, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. A graduate of the National Jail Leadership Command Academy, Ms. Fucile remains actively engaged in her community and currently serves on the American Jail Association Corrections Workplace Committee.
