Due to continued growth, NCCHC Resources has hired Leah Fucile as a new project manager. Ms. Fucile brings over three decades of leadership in the public and private sectors to the position. She recently retired as Director of the Administrative Operations Bureau for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Ms. Fucile managed over $65 million worth of contracts, to include medical and mental health, foodservice, library, telephone, and transportation. She also provided oversight for an $80 million dollar jail renovation project and was instrumental in the acquisition and maintenance of NCCHC health and mental health accreditation. Ms. Fucile contributed as a member of the Medical and Mental Health Oversight Committee and engaged as a partner in the CQI process. She is a graduate of the National Jail Leadership Command Academy and is an active member of the AJA Corrections Workforce and Culture Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Ms. Fucile is active in the community and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, Veterans Transitional Housing, and Safe Nest (a shelter for women and children).
